For companies smaller than 50 employees, we need the required documentation and reports at least 10 days prior to your first anticipated pay date. For companies larger than 50, we need that information 20-30 days before, depending upon complexity. We will give you an accurate timeline along with your quote, so there won’t be any confusion.
Learn MoreAs you make the transition, we’ll likely need to confirm some of the information you provide us. To make sure we meet all deadlines, we ask that you, or another representative from your company, be available to respond to confirmation requests during the initial onboarding process. Again, because we know you’ll have questions, you’ll be assigned a designated Implementation Specialist who will work closely with your team to ensure the process runs smoothly.
Our Implementation Team always completes at least two full payroll cycles to ensure both parties are fully comfortable with the process and that all information is accurate. We provide you with one-on-one training to fill you in on any new software or processes. Once every piece of information is checked and double checked, it’s time to be handed off to your dedicated specialist. This is the final stop on the Implementation journey and your payroll specialist will be your dedicated contact from here forward.
