If your company has more than 50 employees, we will need all required documentation and reports 20 business days before your first anticipated pay date.
Often, in the exchange of information, we need to clarify the information presented to us. Because this process is driven by a set of hard deadlines, we ask that you be available either by phone or email to answer questions or provide more details. However, we understand that you are hard at work running your business, so we welcome a secondary contact that can help us keep the project moving.
Our goal, as a company, is to provide you with peace of mind for all your payroll needs. When you provide your completed client package, you are assigned to a designated Implementation Specialist. Your Business Development Representative and your Implementation Specialist work together to cater to your company’s needs and they make sure no details go unnoticed.
The implementation team likes to hold onto your payroll for at least 2 pay cycles. This ensures a smooth transition when we introduce you to your dedicated payroll specialist. Once your Implementation Specialist has closed your first payroll, we will walk you through your reports package and answer any questions you may have.
48 hours prior to pay date. For instance, if your pay date is on a Friday then we require all funding to be in place no later than Wednesday.
72 hours prior to pay date. For instance, if your pay date is on a Friday then we require all payroll hours to be submitted no later than Tuesday.
You can make changes through our online payroll portal or you email changes directly to your dedicated payroll specialist.
Please, notify your payroll specialist immediately. We cannot pay employees in the new state until you provide us with the tax ID’s.
