Janet Moore joined PBS in January 2021 as Benefit Manager. She is responsible for leading the PEO benefits department in administering employee benefit plans for clients. She has over 15 years’ experience in corporate benefit plans including administering 401(k) plans.
Prior to joining PBS, Janet was an HR Director for an Autism and Behavioral Residential Treatment Organization. She attended Auburn University for two years, then transferred to Troy University where she received a BS in Business Administration and a MS in Human Resource Management. In the past, Janet has served on the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes, a United Way Loaned Executive, and was most recently a member of the North Alabama SHRM chapter. She holds a current certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Janet and her husband moved to Birmingham 2 years ago from Athens, Alabama and they have three daughters and four grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys cheering on her grandchildren as they compete in various sporting events. She also enjoys creating decorated apparel, especially monogramming.
