Kay Troupe

Vice President of HR Support Services

As Vice President of HR Support Services, Kay is responsible for coordinating PBS' human resources consulting services. In this role, she provides HR support ranging from project work to providing total virtual HR support. She joined PBS in August of 2014. 

Kay has 40 years of diverse human resources and management experience. She has held various leadership positions working closely with business leaders at all levels in various industries to provide HR consulting services to build HR systems and practices. She has led all major HR functions including policy design, ACA and legal compliance, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training and development, and benefit administration. Prior to joining PBS, Kay worked with a background screening company where she served as the Chief Compliance Officer.

Kay graduated from Auburn University where she earned a Bachelor of Science with a major in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, and she holds a Masters of Business Administration from Samford University.
