Kaleigh McDonald graduated from the University of Montevallo with a BS in Human Development and Child Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Education, and a minor in Mass Communications. She started out her career teaching in Early Childhood Education, then, through a series of twists and turns, found herself, very happily, in client relations. This change led her to PBS in October of 2020 as a Payroll Clerk.
She lives in Helena with her husband, Kyle, daughter, Macy, and their fur baby, Clark Griswold McDonald.

Implementation Specialist
Amber Lane joined PBS in September of 2019 as an Implementation Specialist. Amber also serves in the United States Army National Guard as a Motor Transport Operator. Prior to joining PBS, she was a Payroll Clerk at Coca-Cola and at one of the largest third-party payroll service providers.
Amber is a graduate of Virginia College with a B.S. in Business Administration. She and her husband live in Calera and have six children.

Senior Payroll Specialist
Dee Porter joined Payroll & Benefit Solutions in 2018 as a payroll specialist. She is responsible for handling all information relative to employees, including payroll processing and payroll tax processing. Described as analytical and thorough, Dee uses these skills to ensure that each person with whom she works is taken care of and that no one is overlooked.
Dee currently lives in Gadsden with her husband, Glen. During her free time, she enjoys watching sports, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Implementation Specialist
Christine Raymond started with PBS as an Implementation Specialist in October 2020. Prior to joining the PBS Team, Christine worked in ticketing at the BJCC as the Box Office Manager for 13 ½ years. She is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Christine is married with one daughter and loves spending her free time outdoors, walking and spending time with her family and friends.

Senior Payroll Specialist
Lisa Reaves joined the PBS team in March of 2017 as a Payroll Specialist. Lisa’s responsibilities include payroll portfolio management, new client set-up, and the filing and payment of taxes for various federal, state, and local tax authorities.
Lisa attended the University of West Alabama where she studied accounting. She has over 24 years of experience in various accounting positions. Prior to joining PBS, Lisa worked for a construction company as its Field Payroll Manager where she processed payroll and paid taxes for multiple states.
